If I can help just one person give up smoking using the following remedies, my job here is done. If you want to give it up but are struggling to break the habit then maybe you need to try a different approach. Nicotine is so addictive and is the main reason you find it hard to give it up. But, also, it is the habits you have formed around smoking that also makes it difficult to stop. From what I have gathered from EarthClinic the first three days are the hardest.     I imagined going inside a room that’s on fire and try to breath.That’s comparable to what you do to your lungs. I smoked for 20 years. That was twenty years ago.
