I came across an article about honey water and was surprised I had never thought of it. I decided to do a little more research and have listed 9 amazing benefits of healing honey water.     Fresh lemon juice in a hot cup of water every morning & lemon peels in your hot tea is very healthy too

    Sometimes when I get a craving for something sweet,I go and get a spoonful of honey and I am good. I also drink it with Braggs apple cider vinegar and cinnamon. It is a wonderful elixir.
