I have just come across what may prove to be a life-saving video. I hope you never have to use the technique shown by a fireman / paramedic. However, should you ever find yourself in the position of trying to stop yourself from choking and there is nobody around to give you the Heinrich Manoeuvre, then this method may well save your life.
Knowledge is power. If you find yourself in such a distressing situation at least you won’t panic because you will know what to do.
