Aromatherapy Remedies to Reduce Nicotine Addiction
I found a few aromatherapy remedies that might help with nicotine addiction. I recommend when using essential oils you choose brands that are of the highest quality grade such as doTerra. Aromatherapy oils can be as powerful as pharmaceutical medicines. Please speak to a qualified aromatherapist before starting any of these remedies, especially, if you are planning on taking oils internally.
Check out this infographic from Stephanie Blue, an essential oil expert. The remedy includes black pepper essential oil combined with eucalyptus that is also known to stop cravings for nicotine. If you find it helps you, please drop a note in the chat. Have you been able to quit smoking and what remedies or natural methods did you use?
- Peppermint oil blend inhaled may curb your nicotine addiction – Try putting a drop at the base of your skull and temples and inhaling the vapor. Do this when you feel the urge for a cigarette.
- A drop of Clove oil on the tongue gives a numbing sensation and reduces the desire for a cigarette
- Apply Bergamot to the sole of feet 1-2 drops several times per day. It’s supposed to help with the craving for nicotine.
