You will find fruit smoothies, green smoothies and fruit and veg smoothies. All the smoothies are really healthy and low in fat and sugar and high in taste. There is something for everyone.
Smoothies are a great way to get most of your nutrients in one hit. Plus if you are trying to lose weight you can try having a smoothie as a meal replacement for one or two of your meals per day.
