Are you looking to shift a few pounds? This fat burning potion may be ideal for you. It was invented by a guy called Dave Asprey and it has been hugely successful worldwide. It’s basically a meal replacement drink. Full of nutrients that also curb your appetite.
The Bulletproof coffee as Asprey called it, is designed to be a substitute for a meal and is a creamy coffee potion.
This type of coffee is very simply for preparation: In your usual dose of coffee, add a little coconut oil, butter and mix it all together in a blender to get a creamy consistency.
Ingredients:
- 1-2 spoons coconut oil
- 2 cups of coffee
- 2 spoons non-salty butter (you can use more, no more than 80 grams)
The key of this popular drink is in the high concentration of fat, helping extend the time for digestion of caffeine, resulting in a higher level of energy which can be felt during the day.
It is also recommended for people who are struggling with excess weight, thanks to the long-lasting feeling of satiety, and besides that – the drink is creamy and delicious.

If you used margarine yes! It’s one ingredient away from being plastic. Your body can process real butter and rid itself of what it doesn’t need

I take 1 table spoon of coconut oil, melt it 25 sec in the microwave drink it 1st thing in the morning, then I take a 1/2 a teaspoon of Cheyenne pepper and mix it in Low sodium V8 juice about 6-8 oz and drink that 3x a day. It helps boost your metabolism and bring down your cholesterol, your triglycerides, also gives you energy and makes you feel better. I can tell if I miss taking it for a day.
I am going to try this recipe that is in this article just to see how it is, if it works.
