Consume Vitamin A & D together. The most potent form is cod liver oil. You would have to eat 5 quarts of milk, 1 pound of butter or 9 eggs to consume the amount of Vitamin A found in one teaspoon of cod liver oil!

Eat more saturated fat! Cholesterol is a vital building block involved in  hundreds of functions in the body. In fact, your body produces three to four times the amount of cholesterol that you eat. Cholesterol from healthy fats (coconut oil, tallow, lard, butter etc) is not dangerous and has no effect on your risk of heart disease.

Flour & Grain Products – White Flour, Wheat Flour, Organic Flour, any unsoaked grain products. Examples: bread, crackers, cookies, doughnuts, breakfast cereals, muffins, pastries, tortillas, bagels, and sandwiches (Most store-bought flour products even from the health food store, or labeled organic need to be avoided.)
Hydrogenated Oils – like margarine and low quality vegetable oils such as vegetable oil, soybean oil, crisco, canola, and safflower
Any type of junk, convenience food, or modern fast food
Coffee, soft drinks, sweeteners, and anything with artificial flavors, artificial colors, or artificial ingredients
Soymilk, protein powder, and excess tofu
Pasteurized milk, even if it is organic
Non-grass-fed meat and eggs, and farm raised fish
Alcohol, cigarettes, and drugs (including most prescription drugs & vaccines)

  2. Sorry…. But avoid vaccines? Another witch hunt on vaccines? People… Please do not avoid vaccinated yourself or your children from websites like this…this is how Measles and other horrible preventable diseases get out there!!!! Don’t stop taking your medications without talking to your doctor…. And PLEASE TAKE THESE SITES WITH CAUTION!!!!! FROM A NURSE!!!!

  3. Teeth don’t heal themselves. This picture is before and after fillings are placed. It is true that our modern diet full of sugar and processed food contributes to tooth decay. But it is also true that fluoride, tooth brushing, and flossing help to prevent tooth decay. This article takes one bit of truth and mixes in some bad science and downright lies to make claims that are not true.

  4. Hi Nate. thanks for your comments. I encourage healthy debate. The photograph had a caveat above saying Note – image is for illustrative purposes only. We make no guarantees of results using this method; we are merely reporting on the findings and personal claims made by others. Basically, the article is mostly about how healthy eating contributes to healthy teeth. Even oil pulling is recognized as a method to keep gums healthy. I have not gone into the fluoridation argument – not yet anyway. But, I do keep an open mind.
