Shocking Truth About Cooking With Aluminum Foil – You Will Be Surprised?

Something as simple as aluminum foil is shaking up the medical and commercial food industries. Aluminum is being linked to neurodegenerative diseases like alzheimer’s disease, and the scary thing is: aluminum is everywhere.
According to neuroscientist Christopher: “Many researchers are beginning to accept that aluminum has some sort of role to play in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s. Whether it does in others is still an open question, but Alzheimer’s is really coming into focus and it’s fairly clear that the body burden of aluminum from all the sources to which humans are exposed may be contributing to Alzheimer’s disease.”
Notice he said “all sources”.
It’s not just aluminum from industrial situations like the woman who after dying from Alzheimer’s in 2004, was found to have high levels of aluminum in her body 16 years after an industrial accident dumped 20 metric tons of aluminum sulphate in her local drinking water. Not even industrial situations like the 66 year old man who was found to have aggressive onset alzheimer’s disease after only 8 years of exposure to aluminum dust, which was the first case that suggested that there was “a prominent role for the olfactory system and lungs in the accumulation of aluminum in the brain.”
Aluminum is found in MANY consumer products that you wouldn’t even think about like:
Foods
Baking powder, self rising flour, salt, baby formula, coffee creamers, baked goods and processed foods, coloring and caking agents
Drugs
Antacids, analgesics, anti-diarrheals, and others; additives such as magnesium stearate
Vaccines
Hepatitis A and B, Hib, DTaP (diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis), pneumococcal vaccine, Gardasil (HPV), and others
Cosmetics and Personal Care Products
Antiperspirants, deodorants (including salt crystals, made of alum), lotions, sunscreens, and shampoos
Aluminum Products
foil, cans, juice pouches, tins, and water bottles
Then you have to take into consideration things like food and cooking that contain aluminum contamination. Frozen foods get contaminated by being prepared in aluminum tanks and machinery. In fact, any industrial prepared foods contain aluminum. A recent study that was published in the journal Environmental Sciences Europe found that when they analyzed 1,431 non-animal foods, almost all contained aluminum. 77.8% contained up to 10 mg/kg. 4.6% contained concentrations of more than 100 mg/kg.
Even cooking with aluminum foil in your home can create high levels of aluminum contamination. Red meats cooked in aluminum foil increases the aluminum contamination by up to 378%.
These facts are all very important to keep in mind because aluminum effects the central nervous system much like cigarette smoke affects the respiratory system. The less of this toxic substance you ingest, the better. Alzheimer rates are higher than they have ever been, and scientist are starting to make the link to aluminum contamination and other health effects, as you can see in the video below:
