Top 10 UNBELIEVABLE Uses for Lemon Juice

6. Polish Copper or Brass

Dip half of a lemon in salt or baking powder and rub your brass or copper cookware. Allow to sit for 5 or 10 minutes, then rinse in warm water.

7. Remove Stains from Marble

Do you have some stains on your marble countertops that just don’t seem to come off? Give lemon juice a try! Cut a lemon in half and dip it in table salt. Rub the stains vigorously. Rinse very thoroughly. This should be your last resort as too much acid can damage marble.

8. Boost Your Laundry Detergent Naturally

You can remove rust stains and mineral discolorations from cotton clothing by adding one cup of lemon juice to your wash during the wash cycle.

9. Remove Mildew Stains

Don’t throw clothing or linens away because of a mildew stain! Make a paste with lemon juice and salt and rub it into the affected areas. Allow to dry in sunlight, and then launder. Repeat as needed, but in most cases one or two applications will do the trick

10.  Remove Food Stains from Dishes

Things like blueberries and strawberries can sometimes leave their mark on your dishes! You can remove those stains, however, by filling the sink with hot or boiling water and add two or three lemon peels and their juice. Soak for three or four hours, then wash normally.
