Ingredients:
- 1 cup of warm (not hot) water; you can use a cup of warm milk if desired (almond, soy or regular cow’s milk)
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
- a pinch of cinnamon, optional
- 1/8 tsp honey
Preparation:
