3 NEW Superfoods for a Healthier Gut


According to Hippocrates “All disease begins in the gut.” And who could argue. He may have coined that phrase over 2000 years ago, but much of what he said rings very true today. Some disease obviously is genetic and would not fall under his hypothesis.

  1. Kefir, aka probiotics, are sold in Walmart, sometimes in target. You can find it near the milk, yogurt section. Kombucha in Asian stores. These two products have changed my life. I hope it helps you, too 😉
