I read in the Daily Mail that green tea could kill cancer cells and leave healthy cells alone. Scientists are only just catching up with what we (natural health aficionados) already know. I was diagnosed with a type of leukemia in my thirties and given five years to live. The only cure was to have a bone marrow transplant that was risky. I could not have one anyway because they could not find a match. So, what do I do, just hang around and wait to die. No, that is when my journey started in alternative health. To cut a long story short, I began drinking green tea at least three times a day and have done so for 15 years! Don’t get me wrong, it did not cure my illness, but, it never progressed either. Hi Faith. I recommend any Japanese or Sri Lankan Green Tea because they do not contain as many environmental pollutants as Chinese green. You can buy on line if not available in your local store.
