Let’s be real here, buying organic food is not cheap. I have taken trips to Wholefoods and spent two weeks budget in one afternoon. Admittedly, I am easily seduced by many of the wonderful products, everything looks so enticing. I am sure you would agree that shopping at Wholefoods regularly is a luxury.
Unfortunately, many of us cannot shop at Wholefoods and are on tight budgets. However, buying cheap food comes at a cost. You could pay dearly if you end up in ER because of heart and diabetic problems. Most cheap and fast food contains unhealthy fat and ingredients. So, what can you do to eat healthier on a budget?
