All Natural Anti-Inflammation Tea
32 ounces of boiling water
1 Tbsp. turmeric powder
1 handful cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh ginger sliced thinly
1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
2 lemons, juiced
One orange juiced (or substitute 1 tbsp. honey)
Five peppercorns, whole
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Boil your water. Add all ingredients to a strainer or into a teapot. Add the boiling water and allow the mixture to steep for ten minutes. Strain and enjoy! This recipe makes four servings, and it is suggested you drink it throughout the day for best results.
