I thought I would write about this subject as I have suffered from Achilles Tendinitis for the past few months .I used to walk for around 40 minutes to an hour a day and recently started wearing weights around my ankles to intensify the work-out. However, I have damaged my achilles tendons due to over-working the tendons.  It became increasingly painful to walk and I had to stop. I thought it would get better by itself if I rested.
