I saw this today and it reminded of an article I put up a while back. The article was about a hospital in St. Louis that decided to grow healthy organic foods in its own grounds. Not only does the hospital produce enough food for the patients but is able to sell some of the produce to the local community. The article is short with a video. Where I live hospital food seems very low on the priority list. Surely, if patients are eating healthy food they will get better more quickly. What do you think?
