Grapefruit Juice and Apple Cider Vinegar Fat Flush
I love this healthy drink. I saw the recipe over at stepin2mygreenworld and had to share it with you. It’s super easy to make and full of goodness. Individually, the health benefits of the ingredients are well known (see below). However, the combination of grapefruit and apple cider vinegar together contains nutrients that may be beneficial to weight-loss. Time will tell if this duo manages to flush out all my fat, as I have quite a lot of it LOL. But I am hopeful. Summer is around the corner, and the great unveiling will soon begin.
Both grapefruit and apple cider vinegar contain vitamins, minerals, enzymes and nutrients that may be beneficial to any weight-loss diet. Grapefruit contains a high level of citric acid and apple cider vinegar is four to 5 percent acetic acid; both acids are known to help complete the body’s “citric acid cycle,” according to Krebs theory. Dr. Hans Krebs won the Nobel prize in 1953 for his theory on explaining how the body metabolizes the foods we eat via the “citric acid cycle.” According to Krebs’ theory, grapefruit and apple cider vinegar enhances metabolism, possibly leading to weight loss.

Does it work? Does it bother your stomach?
Hiya Wendy. The combination of grapefruit and cider vinegar have shown promising signs. The honey makes it less acidic so gentler on your stomach. And it’s cheap to do. Apple cider and vinegar are staples in my household because of the multi uses.
So,does it work was the question. Yes or No?
I have not been using it long enough, but it does curb hunger pangs. Ask me again in 4 weeks.
Ok thanks 🙂 ill be praying for your success! I do know that cider vinegar helps balance ph, flushes toxins from liver and can knock out parasites, is antiviral and antibacterial. So good thing to practice regardless.
Honey and Grapefruit are also antifungal, antibacterial and antiviral. Keep in mind that although grapefruit is great it does interact with some drugs like pain meds….. makes they absorb faster into the body

Dont use if youre on medications…grapefruit messes with medications
