Breakfast time is usually a rushed affair especially in the work and school week. I barely have enough time to brush my teeth before I am out of the door!  However,  I am aware that leaving home without eating breakfast is bad practice. So, I have decided to get up thirty minutes earlier to make time for a healthy green smoothie. I already have quite a powerful blender and have decided to put it to good use.
I found this great breakfast smoothie recipe to share with you and it’s delicious,  really helps to keep up my energy levels and I never feel hungry before lunchtime.
