Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 apple
1 pear
1 stalk of celery
Handful of parsley and a couple of handfuls of spinach
1 tall glass of organic coconut water
Blend it!
Tip from: Natural Medicine Box.  You may already know that I am a big fan of Ginger. Add chopped ginger to the recipe to give it a real kick!
