One of the main reasons I like researching natural beauty products such as natural oils is that I suffer with dry skin and have been battling with eczema all my life. I have tried so many oils and creams that have been recommended by various friends. But, I found what worked for them did not work for me. We are not all made the same.  However, this does not stop me from trying. Also, I suffered with premature aging due to having dry skin. That being said, I have had success using some of the oils mentioned for fine lines and wrinkles and for bringing my eczema under control.

This is the “sacred” oil of the Polynesians and it has roots back to the native Maori tribe, the indigenous people of New Zealand. An early European explorer wrote that monoi oil was used by the Maori people for everything from religious rituals, beauty routines and medicinal purposes. This oil is made by soaking the blooms of the Tahitian Monoi plant in coconut oil.
