INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 handful fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place everything in a high powered blender and blend for 2 minutes until smooth. Serve immediately.
